Paper and Threads

Exhibition Description

Important Dates
This juried show is reserved for those who create art working primarily with paper or threads.  The judges will select three artists and each artist can display between 10 to 12 pieces of their work.
  • Exhibit Opens:  May 1st |
  • Exhibit Closes:  May 28th 
  • Entries Deadline:  April 9th 
  • Jurying: April 12th | Notifications: April 13th 
  • Exhibit Setup:  Saturday, May 1st 
  • Exhibit Takedown:  Saturday, May 29th

Submissions and Entry Fees
To enter work for consideration in the Members’ Gallery, we charge a flat fee of $30 per exhibit.  Members can submit three (3) images of their art for the judges to evaluate.

There are two methods for submitting and paying.

Online with PayPal

Email and Payment
1.     Members can submit online using the MEMBERS’ GALLERY Call for Entries section (BELOW) and making the payment using PayPal.

 

 2.     Members can submit their images by sending them in an email to the Members’ Gallery Coordinator at: [email protected] and either sending or bringing their payment to FCCA.  Emails must contain the following information:

  • The artists name
  • artist full mailing address
  • artist email address
  • artist phone number

Images must be attached as .jpg files are titled as ArtistLastName_ArtTitle and include the following information for each image.

  • Title (ArtistLastName_ArtTitle)
  • Media
  • Size (__” high x ___” wide) unframed
  • Price or NFS
  • We prefer images that are 1600 pixels in longest dimension.

In order to be eligible for judging, payments must be received at FCCA on or prior to the entry deadline.
